Welcome to LJP Coaching. These Terms & Conditions outline how our services operate, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities of all clients and users of our website and coaching programmes.

By accessing this website, booking coaching, joining the membership, or engaging in organisational services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About LJP Coaching

LJP Coaching provides confidence coaching, career coaching, online programmes, digital content, and organisational workshops. Our services are designed to support personal development, wellbeing, and career clarity.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a supportive, developmental process. It is not therapy, counselling, or a medical service.

By working with LJP Coaching, you acknowledge:

  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

  • Coaching outcomes vary based on your participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

​If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please contact a GP or qualified mental health professional.

​

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • 18 years or older

  • Able to make decisions for yourself

  • Not accessing coaching as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment

Organisational clients must have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of their organisation.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments for coaching, membership, digital products, and organisational services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • All fees are non‑refundable unless stated otherwise in Section 5.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Individual Coaching

  • Sessions cancelled with 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non‑refundable.

  • Missed sessions are non‑refundable.

 

Membership

Due to the digital nature of the membership, all payments are non‑refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time; access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Organisational Services

Refunds and cancellations follow the terms agreed in your organisational contract or invoice.

​

6. Session Conduct

You agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Engage respectfully

  • Use coaching spaces appropriately

  • Avoid abusive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour

LJP Coaching reserves the right to terminate coaching or membership access if behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

7. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential except where:

  • There is risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • You give explicit written consent

Organisational clients may receive anonymised insights only, unless otherwise agreed.

 

8. Digital Products & Content

All content provided through coaching, membership, downloads, or organisational programmes is for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Claim as your own

All content remains the intellectual property of LJP Coaching.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access

  • Copy or misuse content

  • Interfere with website functionality

We may update or remove content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

LJP Coaching is not liable for:

  • Decisions you make based on coaching

  • Outcomes of coaching or organisational programmes

  • Technical issues, website downtime, or third‑party platform errors

  • Losses arising from misuse of content or services

Your use of coaching and digital content is entirely at your own risk.

11. Organisational & Partnership Services

Organisational services may include:

  • Workshops

  • Training

  • Coaching programmes

  • Confidence sessions

  • DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) support

  • Women’s network programmes

Terms for organisational work are agreed separately via contract or invoice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
